I bought Pro and it is locked again
Open Settings, then Restore purchases. The unlock is tied to your App Store or Google Play account, not to the device, so it restores on a new phone with the same store account at no extra charge.

Common questions
Where are my plans stored?
On your device only. They are never uploaded. Deleting the app deletes them, so export a plan first if you want to keep it.
Which features are paid?
The buy list (board shopping list, cutting diagrams and store mode) and PNG or PDF export. Everything else is free: the 3D canvas, parts, hinges, cut list, templates, and saving and opening plans.
Privacy
The app collects almost nothing, and nothing at all about the content of your designs. The details are in the privacy policy. Privacy and data-deletion requests go to privacy@jcubedlab.com.
